The Wire Works Warrington Urban Village

The Wireworks is an exciting new urban village development, an integral part of Warrington’s town centre regeneration programme, located at the gateway to the town centre from the north.

Owners the Winwick Partnership (Moduss Properties and Iliad Group) say "The management of the development will place an emphasis or creating a civilised space for spending quality time with the family, in an environment that is safe and secure but above all attractive and exciting for all age groups. "

Designed by architects Falconer Chester Hall, The Wire Works consists of 7 acres of prime mixed use residential, commercial and leisure development in one of the country's most successful business locations.

The scheme includes a 20 story skyscraper and comprises 620 apartments, hotel, cinema, 8 restaurant and bars, boutique shops, food store and deli, gym and beauty spa, art gallery and coffee bars and 1200 parking spaces.

The Winwick Partnership are looking forward to spearheading the resurrection of a formerly lively commercial area by means of active frontages, imaginative lighting and copious landscaping. They have encouraged an open–minded approach to the scheme, looking to challenge the standard and quality of design at every stage.
